The authors
Christian Underwood (left) is an entrepreneur and consultant with over 15 years of consulting experience in strategy, transformation and innovation processes in SMEs, family-owned and listed companies. He is also co-founder and CEO of the SaaS provider StrategyFrame GmbH and co-host of the leading German strategy podcast "Hoffnung ist keine Strategie". He holds a Master's degree in Political Science South Asia from the University of Heidelberg, an MBA in General Management from WHU and a Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Business from EMERITUS (MIT Sloan + Columbia Business School).
Prof. Dr. Jürgen Weigand has been Deputy Rector and Vice Rector Academic Programs at WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management since 2015. He is Professor of Economics and Academic Director of the Institute for Industrial Economics and the Institute for Responsible Management at WHU. His areas of specialization include corporate and competitive strategy and corporate governance. He has over 20 years of consulting experience with companies and in the public sector. He is also co-founder and chairman of the advisory board of StrategyFrame® GmbH and co-host of the podcast "Hope is not a strategy".
