In three clear steps you will become a certified StrategyFrame®AI partner - with access to software, community and real customer projects.
Your entry into the StrategyFrame® partnership begins with the Online Academy. Here you will get to know the StrategyFrame® in detail and learn all the basics of the AI-supported strategy process. The Academy teaches not only theory, but also tried-and-tested methods and tools that you can apply immediately.
The content is modular and covers the entire strategy process:
- Strategy development: from analysis to workshops with management teams
- Goal management with OKR: how to transparently transfer strategic goals to all levels and make progress measurable
- Transformation management: how to align organizations with strategy and effectively manage change
- Business innovation management: how to anchor experimentation and innovation as a growth driver in your company
This lays the foundation for you to lead companies confidently through their strategy process.
The Academy is followed by a 2-day Masterclass at the Management Center Innsbruck (MCI). On site, you will deepen your knowledge, practice applying it in real-life case studies and practise moderating strategy workshops. Guided by Christian Underwood and Prof. Dr. Jürgen Weigand, the authors of "Hope is not a strategy", you will receive personal feedback, sparring and confidence in your performance.
At the end, you will receive the official MCI certificate, which proves your competence in black and white and opens the door to our partner network.
