Your entry into the StrategyFrame® partnership starts with the online Academy. Here you get to know the StrategyFrame® in detail and build all the fundamentals of the AI-supported strategy process. The Academy delivers more than theory: you get proven methods and tools you can put to work right away.
The content is modular and covers the entire strategy process:
- Strategy development: from analysis to the workshop with leadership teams
- Goal management with OKRs: how to cascade strategic goals transparently across every level and make progress measurable
- Transformation management: how to align organizations with the strategy and guide change effectively
- Business innovation management: how to embed experimentation and innovation as a growth engine in the company
That gives you the foundation to lead companies through their strategy process with confidence.
After completing the Academy comes the two-day Masterclass at Management Center Innsbruck (MCI). On site, you deepen your knowledge, practice applying it to real case studies and train facilitating strategy workshops. Led by Christian Underwood and Prof. Dr. Jürgen Weigand, the authors of "Hope Is Not a Strategy," you get personal feedback, sparring and confidence in front of the room.
At the end you receive the official MCI certificate, proof of your expertise in black and white and your ticket into our partner network.
