Growing start-ups are under enormous pressure. Young people often find themselves in a structure that offers little security. There are no clear roles, barely any communication rhythms, and plenty of strategic uncertainty. At the same time, the COVID pandemic has made collaboration harder, because remote communication makes it difficult to build a real sense of community. Johannes helps start-ups scale responsibly and recently founded the Workation Village in northern Italy. His conviction: when people come together in nature and share meaningful moments, it not only strengthens the team, it also lastingly improves the quality of their decisions.
